It's the season of ′Sencha Tokichi ′ again this year.
Sencha grown in the area called "Dosenbo" in Minamiyamashiro Village in the southern part of Kyoto Prefecture is slowly aged until autumn to bring out the richness and depth of the tea.

"Sencha Tokichi-Jyukusei", which is made by letting "Sencha Tokichi" rest for another year, is characterized by its mild, mellow flavor and deep richness and aroma that comes from aging.

Sencha grown in the area called "Dosenbo" in Minamiyamashiro Village in the southern part of Kyoto Prefecture is shaded a little before it is harvested properly to amplify the unique sweetness and flavor of this tea. It is mild and easy to drink, yet retains the coolness that is the appeal of sencha.
