Returns and exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of tea, as it is a food product. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in cases of damage caused during transportation, defective products, incorrect items, or other unavoidable situations deemed by our company. In such cases, we will resend the replacement item(s) at our expense.

  • Product Warranty

    In principle, we are not responsible for any deterioration of products caused by unpredictable weather changes, disasters, accidents, resulting traffic congestion, delayed arrivals due to changes in shipping routes, or storage at the shipping company due to customer's absence.
