We had the pleasure to visit Nakamura Tokichi Honten in Uji testing many products and feeling the unicity of the real Matcha and its always a pleasure to jump back to that atmosphere thanks to the wonderful products like Matcha Starter that we are keeping buying also after our come back in Italy :)

The flavor has a nice umami and subtle sweetness, but the shelf life is not long so I would recommend to those who will use all 100g within 1-2 months for best taste
