I had the opportunity to visit your store back in August 2025 and fell in love with your products! Unfortunately is difficult to enjoy them from the US. I had a few issues with DHL as they are not the best parcel carrier. Given my experience in SC I was able to get the product cleared from customs and only was delayed for 2 or 3 days without impacting the quality of the product.

I’m not usually one to write reviews but I needed to share. From the efficient delivery to the packaging, I have been impressed with this company from the minute I purchased. The final star comes from the matcha itself, it was incredible! The quality was the best I have ever purchased (albeit typically hard to find good matcha in the uk) and would recommend to anyone. The taste, so beautiful and rich. I’m hoping others who enjoy matcha read this as none of my friends understand how happy I am over this purchase and I need to share my excitement.
10/10 will definitely be purchasing again!
