This matcha exceeded my expectations. The flavor is smooth, rich, and naturally sweet, with a wonderful umami character and almost no bitterness. I enjoyed it both as a traditional tea and as a latte. You can really taste the high quality and care that goes into producing it. I will definitely purchase it again and would highly recommend it to other matcha lovers.
Incredible introduction to the season. Each cup of the same tea infusion provides a different experience. So good I used the spent tea leaves in some side dishes!
