There are two ways to prepare Matcha "Thin Tea" and "Thick Tea", both ways definitely showcase the chams of our matcha. Since "Senun no Shiro"  is a Thin grade matcha, We recommend preparing it as such. This tea does have strong bitterness and acidic taste to it.
