This recipe uses Matcha Premium, our highest-grade culinary matcha that boasts intense umami, refined sweetness, and vibrant green color. Even in beer, its flavor stays rich and distinct.

🍃 Matcha Beer Recipe

 Ingredients (for 1 serving)
Matcha Premium (culinary grade): ½ tsp (about 1g)
Hot water (80–90°C): 30ml
Cold beer (Pilsner or light lager): 200ml

1️⃣ Prepare the matcha
Sift the matcha to remove any clumps. Add 30ml of hot water and whisk well with a chasen (bamboo whisk) or spoon until smooth and frothy.

2️⃣ Combine with beer
Pour the matcha into a glass. Slowly pour in the cold beer, letting it run down the inside of the glass to minimize foaming.

3️⃣ Stir and finish
If the matcha settles at the bottom, gently stir with a straw or stirrer to blend.
