We’re using “Matcha Premium”, our highest-grade matcha made exclusively from Kyoto-grown first flush tea leaves.
It delivers a refined umami, mellow sweetness, and a silky bitterness that lingers delicately—perfect for transforming white chocolate into a luxurious Japanese-style dessert.
🍫 Matcha Ganache Recipe
Ingredients White chocolate: 200g Matcha (Matcha Premium): 17g Heavy cream (40% fat): 200g |
Prep
Chop the white chocolate finely so it melts quickly and evenly.
👩🍳 Instructions
Place the chopped white chocolate in a bowl and melt it gently over a hot water bath (keep temperature under 50°C).
In a separate bowl, add a small amount of the melted chocolate to the matcha and mix until smooth.
Return the matcha paste to the rest of the chocolate and stir until fully blended.
Warm the cream gently (do not boil), then mix into the chocolate. Stir until silky and uniform.
Pour into your favorite molds or container. Chill until set.

Dip fresh strawberries, bananas, or orange slices. Keep the ganache warm over a hot water bath to keep it pourable and smooth.
