Matcha Yukawa no Shiro is a usucha-grade matcha preferred by Grand Master Yuyusai of the Omotesenke school. Made from the same matcha as the three “Shiro” matcha, with gentle sweetness and umami.
The aroma is calm and inviting, with a soft, rounded impression.
On the palate, gentle sweetness and umami are easily perceived,
while bitterness and astringency remain subdued,
supporting the flavor without asserting themselves.
The texture is smooth,
