While those teas focus on deep umami from the Asahi cultivar, this matcha—crafted from Ujihikari, a celebrated cultivar of Uji—invites you into a world of floral fragrance and bright, refined sweetness.
Made using hand-picked tencha from Shirakawa, Uji, and praised at the 2024 National Tea Competition, this matcha blends first to fourth tea leaves to bring out the full elegance of the cultivar.
Long-term low-temperature aging enhances its harmony, and careful stone milling brings it to its final, silky form.
