Basic latte grade matcha

This matcha serves as a solid entry-level option for lattes. While its color and flavor profile may not be the most vibrant, it's a great choice for the price. I regularly use 4 grams per cup for lattes and find it excellent for baking recipes like cheesecakes, matcha tiramisu, matcha chocolate, and cookies. However, if you prefer traditional preparations like usucha, you might want to consider a higher-grade matcha, as this one leans more towards culinary use.

I was disappointed…

I heard this matcha was great but the shipping cost is so much that I couldn’t afford to get the deep green cans that’s why I purchased this one which seemed more budget friendly, however, it really doesn’t taste like anything I’d hoped…
