Recommended Way To Drink
I’ve tried a lot of ceremonial matcha over the years, and this is genuinely one of the best. The first thing I noticed was the color - an incredibly vibrant jade green, which is usually a good sign of quality. It whisked into a silky, creamy foam with almost no clumping.
The taste is what really impressed me. It’s naturally sweet with a rich umami flavor and none of the harsh bitterness or grassy aftertaste that cheaper matchas often have.
This is our first foray into more premium quality matcha straight from the source and we are thrilled to be greeted with this wonderful creamy texture and flavour. Looking forward to trying other more premium matcha here in the future.
