This matcha exceeded my expectations. The flavor is smooth, rich, and naturally sweet, with a wonderful umami character and almost no bitterness. Incredible introduction to the season. Each cup of the same tea infusion provides a different experience. So good I used the spent tea leaves in some side dishes!
