Matcha Uji-no-Mukashi, 30g Can
This is an excellent sencha and, frankly, I find it to be quite underrated in Nakamura tokichi's lineup. Amongst the genmaicha, kabusecha, Nakamura-cha and other sencha available, this is the one I keep reaching for due to its distinct scent, body, and flavor. Though I've been brewing anywhere from 60-75 degrees, I find this tea to be very forgiving. I am not finding any of the bitterness at this temp. Of all the senchas in the catalogue, this is the best combination of quality and price.
